Early Bird Bonus Draw Rules:
- The National Trust for Scotland Early Bird Bonus Draw is promoted and administered by National Trust for Scotland (the “Promoter”). Responsible Person: Phil Long.
- Entry into the Early Bird Bonus Draw is open to existing Scottish Heritage Lottery cheque and postal order members who renew their subscription using any valid payment method, by the date indicated on their renewal letter (the “Renewal Date”).
- The Promoter will conduct the National Trust for Scotland Early Bird Bonus Draw on the last Friday in June 2021 and quarterly thereafter and any members who renew their lottery entry, will be eligible to enter. The draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house.
- The winning details will be available via the Scottish Heritage Lottery helpline from the following working day. Please telephone 0131 458 0431 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
- The Promoter may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion.
- There will be one prize drawn of one year annual subscription to ROOTS. There are no alternatives to this prize and no interest is payable. The prize will be sent within 14 days. Entrants will be notified as to any change in the prize structure.
- No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.
- The Promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) terminate or suspend the scheme.
- The Promoter reserves the right to use Winners’ names for promotional purposes. These will only be used in summary e.g. Mr McDonald from Glasgow.
- The Promoter’s decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
